Every InkSmith poster is crafted with care and delivered to you with the same attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping

Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase, unless ordered during a presale period or otherwise specified.

Delivery times: Norway: typically 2–5 business days. EU (including EEA countries): typically 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs.

Shipping area: InkSmith currently ships within Europe only.

Packaging: All posters are flat-packed in protective, eco-conscious packaging to ensure safe delivery and preserve quality.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delays: InkSmith is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Presale notice: During presale campaigns, orders will begin shipping from December 5th.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Custom products (special orders or personalized items) and Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your item first, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@inksmith.studio.
